Cybercriminals use sophisticated techniques to trick users into revealing sensitive information such as access codes, wallet credentials, or private keys. The most common method is phishing — fraudulent emails, messages, or fake websites that appear to be legitimate.

These scams often:

• Ask you to “verify” your wallet or transaction
• Claim there is an urgent issue requiring your login
• Redirect you to fake login pages designed to steal your credentials
• Pose as trusted institutions or customer support teams

What You Should Do

✅ Never share your access codes, recovery phrases, or private keys with anyone.
✅ Verify URLs and always use official wallet or QFS platforms.
✅ Ignore suspicious emails or messages claiming to be from support.
✅ Use multi-factor authentication (MFA) wherever available.
